ARCHITECT ESCAPE ROOMS is based around the popular and growing concept of escape rooms where participants are required to go through a series of clues and puzzles in order to “escape” out of the room.
Our success lies in giving our customers memories and experiences that will serve to be fun in spirit while enhancing intellectual and creative thought processes.

THE JOB:
We are looking for a detail oriented, alert and organized, technically inclined, smart, energetic and hard-working individual to pro actively engage customers through social media platforms and in person presence. The professional should be willing and ready to work in multiple functions and departments to learn, develop and grow within our start-up style business culture. Our company is growing and professional growth within the organization is available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Detailed room resets and ensuring functionality for optimum experience for the customer.
- Watching in detail games that are going on to provide customers with the directions that they might need to move on to the next part of their challenge.
- Educating customers about our escape rooms, booking online reservations, and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Engaging customers through social media venues: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
- Providing technical and troubleshooting support on issues that might come up and being
resourceful and forward thinking.
- Cleaning and maintenance of facility
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 year of customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be computer literate and able to learn required software programs such as Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, most importantly on the weekends.
