Position Summary

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Korean Speaking Head of Player Engagement at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, CA. In this role, you will oversee player engagement strategies and initiatives tailored to the Korean clientele. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and nurturing relationships with Korean-speaking patrons, organizing hosting events, and designing customized gaming experiences to bolster guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Korean and English
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in player engagement within the gaming sector
  • In-depth understanding of Korean culture and traditions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to foster and sustain positive relationships with guests
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (preferred)
