Role Summary

This role requires a solid foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience to perform intricate accounting tasks and financial analysis. The position supports operational functions related to budget oversight, cost-benefit assessments, forecasting, and compliance with external auditing requirements, while also engaging in ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities include summarizing client contracts, managing invoicing, and overseeing receivables and collections.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Accurately prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation.
  • Assist in generating financial statements and reports in line with company policies and IFRS standards.
  • Analyze complex financial records and reports.
  • Issue invoices to clients and track accounts for overdue payments, following up as necessary.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies through investigation.
  • Prepare and review aging reports.
  • Conduct variance analyses and account reconciliations.
  • Support financial and tax audits.
  • Document and monitor internal controls to aid auditing processes.
  • Coordinate complex accounting projects with team members and other departments.
  • Exemplify Diamond Game's core values in all actions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Preferred: Active or in-progress CPA license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in public accounting is ideal.
  • Background with a Big4 firm is advantageous.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred.
  • Operational knowledge of the Gaming Industry is beneficial.
