Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support project coordination and event planning activities
- Utilize computerized systems to manage and organize information
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with order entry systems and QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
