  • 100% on-site in Agoura Hills, CA
  • Ability to work 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Monday - Friday


Job description


Seeking to hire a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to assist and manage the front desk. They will work closely with office manager with daily clerical tasks and project management.


Job Duties:

• Greet our incoming vendors or clients

• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff members

• Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, preparing mail, preparing documents and other forms.

• Data entry

• Stock and order office/breakroom supplies.

• Scheduling appointments

• Managing incoming email and mail

• Scanning forms and documents

• Handling appointment reminders for Owners

• Upkeep / organization of the office

• Performing related duties and responsibilities as required by the office manager

• Project management and follow up with vendors and clients.

• Create client notebooks and work with staff to maintain history of submittal dates, when received, etc. (all incoming/outgoing documents)


Qualifications; Skills:

• Administrative/Receptionist experience required

• Excellent typing and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills

• Possess and project a positive attitude

• Ability to multitask

• Personable – will interact with customers via phone / email and in person
