Key Responsibilities:

- On-site Bidding:

- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project requirements, including site conditions, scope of work, and client needs.
- Prepare accurate estimates on material and proposals for septic and sewer projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to develop comprehensive bidding strategies.
- Foster and develop relationships with homeowners, realtors, and other businesses grow the client base and win bids.
- Field Operations Responsibilities:

- Oversee all field operations related to septic and sewer projects, including installation, repair, maintenance, and inspections.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise field crews, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and productivity.
- Assist in developing SOPs and training documentation.
- Tractor Work:

- Utilize tractor equipment for excavation, trenching, grading, and other tasks related to septic and sewer installations.
- Operate tractors and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently, following manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
- Client Relations:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between clients, project teams, and management to facilitate clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or upgrades based on client needs and project requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, invoices, and change orders.
- Generate progress reports, performance metrics, and financial analysis to track project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and documentation management.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in bidding processes, cost estimation
- Experience operating tractors and heavy machinery, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and travel to different job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in septic and sewer services, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of septic and sewer systems, regulations, and industry best practices.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
