We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Farm QC Intern to support our Farm Quality Control Department. The successful candidate will assist in conducting field audits of farming practices, collecting samples, and data collection for study and trial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze leaf, sap, soil, and fruit samples from California Olive Ranch Farms and Grower Partners.
  • Assist in the collection of environmental compliance samples.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis using Excel.
  • Develop and deliver PowerPoint trainings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Plant Science, AG Business, Food Science, AG Education, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license for extensive driving in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
