**Responsibilities**

Ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures by supervising daily service, including creation and implementation of employee schedules, floor plans, and function sheets, circulates through service rooms to evaluate and address service needs in real time; Creates and monitors employee schedules using Club time and attendance software to ensure adequate staffing; Monitors and updates Point of Sale computer systems with new inventory and daily gratuity entries; Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas in accordance with the Club’s policies and procedures; Ensures that state and local laws and Club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed; Monitors member reservations and escorts members to dining tables based upon seating capacity and service capability; and Conducts daily pre-service meetings with food and beverage employees for training in all phases of dining room operation, addressing employee concerns, disciplinary matters, knowledge of service items, Club procedures, and member relations.

**Requirements**:

- Two (2) years of experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or related occupation.
- Prior food service supervisory experience; Experience managing Point of Sale, NorthStar; Experience with employee scheduling software; Experience managing and working as part of a diverse team; Experience with enforcing food safety practices; and Experience managing seasonal staff.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
