Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time LEAD FOOD SERVICE WORKER to oversee food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will assist the Manager on Duty in coordinating the activities of staff within the department, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld.


Core Duties:


1. Supervise, monitor, and engage in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage items, ensuring compliance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety, while adhering to HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

2. Implement work procedures and streamline workflow to guarantee efficient meal service across all areas.

3. Ensure the sanitation and safety of the facility and staff in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Manage staff productivity and breaks, addressing performance issues with management as necessary.

5. Assist in onboarding and training new staff; may lead pre-service meetings.

6. Handle cash transactions accurately; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory and cash reports.

7. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.

8. Contribute to menu planning and ordering processes utilizing appropriate company systems.

9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
