Job Summary: This role involves assisting the Manager on Duty in coordinating the activities of team members within the department while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, monitor, and engage in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage items, adhering to company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety while complying with HACCP and OSHA regulations.
  • Implement work procedures and streamline workflow to guarantee efficient meal service across all areas.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility and staff in line with company policies and government regulations.
  • Oversee team productivity and breaks, addressing performance issues with management as necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff; may lead pre-service meetings.
  • Manage cash handling; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory and cash records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to menu planning and ordering processes using appropriate company systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
