Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Lead Food Service Worker. This full-time position plays a crucial role in overseeing food service operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Food Service Worker, you will:
1. Supervise and engage in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage items, ensuring compliance with company standards for quality, sanitation, and safety.
2. Implement efficient workflows to guarantee timely meal service across all areas.
3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the facility, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
4. Manage team productivity, including scheduling breaks and addressing performance issues with management.
5. Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff, and lead pre-service meetings to ensure team readiness.
6. Handle cash transactions accurately and complete necessary financial reports, including inventory and production records.
7. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns effectively.
8. Participate in menu planning and ordering processes using company systems.
9. Undertake additional duties as required.
