Your Mission:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the heart of our guest experience, leading the team responsible for all food and beverage operations. From upscale dining to exceptional service, you’ll ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Passion: Guide and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that every guest feels special.
  • Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day food & beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and entertainment services.
  • Drive Excellence: Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop Talent: Hire, train, and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage Finances: Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and profit and loss accountability to ensure business success.
  • Stay Organized: Use restaurant POS systems and other software to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Address and resolve any guest or employee issues with a calm and courteous approach.
  • Stay Flexible: Work weekends and holidays as needed to support the team and meet guest needs.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of food & beverage experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory or lead role at an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel/resort.
  • Skills: Excellent guest service skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls, proficiency with POS systems, OpenTable, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management preferred.
  • Passion: A genuine love for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Professionalism: Ability to communicate professionally with guests and co-workers, maintain personal hygiene, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
