Security Guard company seeks a highly-detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with advanced Excel skills to help run our business. This includes but is not limited to recruiting, payroll, scheduling, policy creation and implementation, and sundry HR responsibilities.

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with our CEO to help ensure our staff is high-functioning and clients are satisfied with service.

Must be willing and able to work at various security guard sites, including guard shack locations and retail stores while helping-out with general admin needs.

Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Good customer-service and conflict resolution skills also critical.

Since our payroll and scheduling is done through Excel, Administrative Assistant must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and be tech-savvy.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
