A fast-growing Private Residential Property Management Company is looking for a Full-Time Entry-Level Human Resources and Payroll Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level) with a strong can-do attitude to join its Corporate Office located in Downtown Los Angeles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help monitor various Human Resources and Payroll functions.
  • Assist in updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Help ensure that hours worked are accurate, the checks are cut correctly and employees are paid on time.
  • Assist in maintaining and implementing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Help maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
  • Help implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, evaluate and help resolve HR and Payroll-related problems or questions.
  • Other duties as needed or directed by the HR Manager.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with one-to-two years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge/skills.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred (Written and Verbal).
  • Prior experience in Property Management Industry preferred.
  • Professional, calm, highly-organized and coachable.
  • Must be able to handle and maintain work confidentiality and privacy.
