The Sales operations manager ensures that the sales teams are running as efficiently and productively as possible. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales operations for the debt solutions business unit
- Experienced in Debt Settlement Processes
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and profitability
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations
- Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Train and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the debt solutions industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue
