About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Resolution Agent to join our team at LeadAdvisors. As a Debt Resolution Agent, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by negotiating repayment plans and educating them on debt settlement options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate New Business: Contact potential clients and sell debt consolidation or resolution programs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with changes in financial markets and regulations.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Debt Settlement Guidance: Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide them on the best course of action.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently.
  • Account Settlement: Negotiate account settlement within established guidelines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
