Are you a dynamic individual with a knack for organization and a flair for financial management? Look no further We're seeking a talented Executive Assistant with QuickBooks experience to join our team and elevate our operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Utilize QuickBooks to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in streamlining office procedures and implementing efficient systems to enhance productivity.
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with proficiency in office management tools and software to include QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
