Amplify Publishing Group is a hybrid publisher dedicated to helping authors professionally create a printed or digital book that matches their vision. We're seeking an administrative assistant who is comfortable taking on new challenges and has a passion for books.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff member
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order and stock supplies, manage inventory, and maintain office organization
- Arrange internal office meetings, both virtual and in-person
- Maintain book title databases and related spreadsheets
- Complete other office-related administrative duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task and balance multiple projects at one time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm). To apply, please submit a resume.
