**Job Summary**:
Supervises the daily operations of guest relations functions at hospital entrances and within the Family Center. Supports Froedtert Health’s vision of being a trusted leader in health care for customers, patients, staff and providers as they enter our facilities and utilize the services of the information desks. Supervises department staff and volunteers, assuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures guests experience exceptional concierge-style customer service and hospitality. Works closely with other departments such as security, transport, EVS and parking to coordinate flow, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION**:
A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is required. A minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience is required. Knowledge and/or experience of hospital environment is required. Formal leadership experience preferred.

**EDUCATION DESCRIPTION**:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Health Administration or similar field is preferred. Internship/training is preferred.

**SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION**:
Excellent spoken and written skills. Excellent ability to build and sustain interpersonal relationships. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across multiple departments. Great organizational and multi-tasking skills. Uses reason when dealing with emotional topics. Ability to work independently and remain calm in high stress situations. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Ability to build and supervise a team of employees. Proficient in Microsoft programs and Epic. Ability to analyze data in an accurate and timely manner for the purposes of supporting customer service analytics. Experience working with large diverse groups preferred. Bilingual understanding of basic terms in more than one language (preferably Spanish) to meet immediate needs of guests preferred.

**LICENSURE DESCRIPTION**:
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of start date.
