Please read these documents in full to ensure that you understand how Molson Coors collects, uses, and discloses your information.In the role of eCommerce Supervisor - Milwaukee working in Milwaukee, WI you oversee all eCommerce operations for our legacy Miller brands such as Miller Lite, Miller High Life, Hamms, Miller Brewing Company and more.You and your team will be responsible for designing, sourcing and delivering a broad range of direct-to-consumer (DTC) merchandise as a complement to each brands vision and strategy year-over-year.A successful supervisor will grow and manage the eCommerce Team in Milwaukee to ensure they have proper training and execution of MCBC performance management initiatives, Shopify Web/POS software, general warehouse operations and core customer service protocols.This position reports to the Guest Relations Manager Milwaukee, has 4+ direct reports and works closely with the Guest Relations leadership team, the Miller Family of Brands marketing team, IT Operations and various other internal and external stakeholders.You will recruit, onboard and manage all eCommerce Team members to deliver a timely and accurate right the first time ecommerce experience DTC.Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, 401k option with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans,an engaging Wellness Program,andan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazingresourcesMolson Coors is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
