Executive Assistant to The President and CEO

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the President/CEO’s schedule, including complex scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Arrange international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the President/CEO at meetings as designated.
- Perform other tasks as determined by the President/CEO.
Qualifications:
- Two years’ of post-secondary education/training required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years’ proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Attention to detail and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in using social media management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders including staff and external partners.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Assist with event management.

Pay: $53,320.00 - $59,411.00 per year
