**Responsibilities**:

- The End-User Support Analyst is a mid-level IS position that is responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.
- This position works extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
- Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
- The End-User Support Analyst is required to participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
- The End-User Support Analyst also provides basic phone support and support of mobile devices. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Required - 5 years - Computer Related; Or - 3 years - Relevant experience with Associates
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
