**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and technologies.

- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and rates with transportation providers.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes for logistics services.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

- Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role (internship experience will be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics concepts, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required.
- H1B sponsorship available.
