Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. is a boutique staffing firm seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk for a restoration company in Azusa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post customer payments to accounts.
  • Prepare and send out invoices.
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment.
  • Conduct account reconciliations.
  • Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Accurately input data into company software system.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, organizing, data entry, etc.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years accounts receivable experience required.
  • Degree in accounting highly preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong mathematical and data entry skills.
  • Organized and attention to detail.

Position Details:

Temp-to-Hire, Monday – Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, $20 - $24/hour (Depending on experience).
