Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound business development phone calls.
  • Prepare and execute account plans.
  • Sell our value proposition and products.
  • Learn about making effective job site or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
  • Enter and process customer orders.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Certification may be required in some areas. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or one to two years of sales or related field experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, with a starting target of $80,000 per year, and additional variable compensation. Compensation will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data.
