**Locations**: FORT WORTH, Texas

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Current RN license within the Texas State Board of Nursing, in good standing.
- **Experience**: Three or more years in management and supervisory roles, with five years of emergency room experience.
- **Certifications**: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- **Skills**: Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel), effective communication in English (verbal and written).

- **Additional Requirements**: Adherence to dress code, completion of annual education, and representation of the organization in a positive, professional manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Directing patient care activities at Physicians Premier.
- Managing staff in the emergency room; overseeing operations and nursing activities.
- Ensuring compliance with TAC 25 Chapter 131 and other relevant laws.
- Consulting on nursing problems and hospital policies.
- Supervising front office, RNs, radiology, pharmacy, and related personnel.
- Overseeing Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology; complying with risk management/quality assurance.
- Travel as necessary.
- Enforcing legal and clinical compliance.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling medical records appropriately.
- Preparing schedules, maintaining health records, and managing staff levels.
- Generating relevant reports.
- Demonstrating flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to function under stress.
- Engaging in staff productivity and improvement activities.
- Conducting competency evaluations and assuring policy compliance.
- Participating in policy and procedure development.
- Providing staff education and training.
- Performing management activities including staff evaluation and termination.
- Attending monthly meetings with the Administrative Team and Governing Board.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Pay: $77,178.00 - $84,731.00 per year
