  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

  • Inventory Management:
    • Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
    • Order and replenish supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
