Duties
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Hands on with all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency
- Supervise and implement cost control measures
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
