Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.

2. Operate dishwashing and various kitchen cleaning machinery.

3. Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment appropriately.

4. Ensure kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils are maintained in a clean and organized manner.

5. Replenish supplies such as food or utensils in serving areas, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

6. Sweep and wash floors, and manage waste disposal.

7. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated collection areas.

8. Assist with food preparation during staffing shortages or peak service times.

9. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to enhance departmental and overall guest experiences.

10. Adhere to sustainability practices in line with HHM's EarthView program.

11. Follow safe work practices, utilizing protective equipment and adhering to MSDS and OSHA guidelines.

12. Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Position Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in stewarding or relevant training is essential.

Work Environment:

- Work schedule may vary, including weekends and holidays.

- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, and kneeling.
