Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate employee training programs and assist with talent management initiatives
- Support workforce management activities, such as maintaining employee schedules and tracking attendance
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Conduct research on employment labor laws and assist with compliance efforts
- Assist with HR projects, such as policy updates or process improvements
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Human Resources department
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Status: Temporary 6 months**
Hours: 8am to 5pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
