We're looking for a dynamic, committed professional with management skills to drive growth and make a meaningful impact in caring for the mind, body, and spirit of people affected by cancer. The Integrative Medicine Service is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year; it is the oldest integrative oncology program in a cancer center. Manages clinical staff and interns for integrative medicine therapies including acupuncturists, massage therapists, music therapists, mind-body therapists, and dance/movement therapists. In partnership with the service chief and clinical leadership, sets productivity goals for each team, monitors clinical volume, workflows and resources, assesses staff performance and conducts resource planning.

Ensures patient care requirements for clinical trial protocols are executed correctly and manages staffing, training, and resourcing as needed to comply with study protocol activity. Partners with operations managers, supply chain, facilities and others to maintain ambulatory operations.

Provides patient care in an inpatient or ambulatory setting and plays an integral role in each patient’s interdisciplinary health-care team, establishing specific therapeutic goals and objectives. Works within department goals and procedures and the MSK policies and mission. Monitors business and financial metrics for financial sustainability and patient care operations goals.
