**Focus**:The Administrative Assistant and Management System Coordinator is responsible for plant administrative duties of the facilities management systems and providing guidance to employees on work processes.

**Administrative Assistant and Management System Coordinator** Essential Job Functions**:

- Provides and/or oversees support activities for the unit such as answering telephones, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, writing and preparing documentation and correspondence for the office, reviewing and controlling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and following-up on operational commitments
- Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities; takes minutes and provides administrative support and follow-up on matters arising from meetings
- Researches information, compiles statistics, and gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources
- Serves as a primary point of contact between the Manufacturing Directors and internal/external constituencies; provides information and performs problem solving on a range of issues

**Administrative Assistant and Management System Coordinator** Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree* in administrative field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other integrated accounts payable systems knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and written and oral communication skills
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
