Responsibilities- Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including physical exams and review of medical history and records
- Order and review diagnostic testing, labs, and bloodwork
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Competitive salary range: $165k-$170k per year
