**About the Role**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our brand ambassador program.

**Key objectives**:

- Identify a scalable customer acquisition method for reaching our potential clients (delivery riders).
- Scale this acquisition method to attract 400+ customers per month over the next 3 months.
- Ensure a reasonable customer acquisition cost that aligns with our business economics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales recruitment and development.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage team schedules and operations.
- Proficiency in script development and optimization.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Creative mindset with a knack for identifying unconventional marketing opportunities.
- Ability to drive customer acquisition efficiently and cost-effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the recruitment process, emphasizing the identification and cultivation of sales talent to nurture them into proficient sales representatives or affiliates.
- Develop, refine, and analyze sales scripts, continually optimizing them to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage program budgets and ensure timely payments to participants.
- Oversee team scheduling and streamline operations for optimal efficiency.
- Scout new locations for guerrilla marketing initiatives to expand outreach.
- Proactively seek cost-effective opportunities to enhance customer acquisition.

**Annual salary**: 85.000$-110.000$

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
