The Inventory Control Coordinator provides inventory support to the warehouse, assembly, and fabrication teams. The Inventory Control Coordinator reports to the Inventory Control Manager. **JOB FUNCTIONS**
Include the following, but other duties may be assigned.
- Provide administrative inventory control and accountability, maintain transaction documentation.
- Maintain inventory control records in the systems.
- Maintain transaction records in the ERP system.
- Performs cycle counts.
- Researches inventory discrepancies and makes necessary correcting transactions.
- Participate and support the physical inventory count processes.
- Reconcile actual stock count to office records.
- Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count.
- Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
- Prepare reports, such as inventory balance, counts, shortages and overages.
- Receive, unpack, and deliver goods (as needed basis).
- Re-stock items as necessary (as needed basis).
- Labels shelves.
- Perform other clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- Ensures accurate information and material flow occur between warehouse/fabrication, quality control/purchasing, and value streams.
- Coordinates and monitors processes that ensure material is at point of use when needed.
- Operates material handling devices and/or specialized tooling such as forklift, hand cart, or pallet jack as necessary to perform assigned tasks.
- Regular and reliable attendance.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma or equivalent; OR two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Proficient math skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively; listen; speak professionally, and learn process and procedures quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask and prioritize demands.
- Self-starter, ability to resolve issues and research solutions. Ability to comprehend and respond to internal customer needs in a timely manner.
