Accounts Payable Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
- Maintain and update vendor files and records
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment issues
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with CDK is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
