**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

The HR Organization Development & Change Enablement Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Manager, OD & Change, in executing the Organizational Development & Change Enablement strategy across the enterprise.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Proactively partners with managers to create and implement programs that connect employees with the strategy, vision, and mission of the organization, in support of overarching organizational goals.
- Engages key stakeholders to assess organizational cultures, capabilities, and alignment to effectively tailor OD, and change management approaches.
- Advises management on HR programs to ensure best HR practices are integrated into organizational development.
- Research employment laws and/or best practices to resolve and assists in the development and implementation of organizational development programming.
- Carefully analyze organizational processes to identify opportunities to drive positive organizational change through engagement, development, action planning and other initiatives.
- Conducts climate assessments and analyzes results. Makes recommendations for professional and organizational development programs to address findings.
- Recommends the development and implementation of metrics to track progress toward milestones. Assists in the development of measures for accountability. Consults with stakeholders (e.g. department managers, HR, etc.) to communicate and implement changes.
- Facilitates culturally responsive and inclusive communications.
- Designs, develops and facilitates training sessions on applicable topics to develop key management competencies.

10.) Provides accurate information about HR programs, concepts and principles to managers and employees through both oral and written communication.

11.) Design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning, education and training & development programs, polices and strategies tailored to meet enterprise OD needs and program goals.

12.) Utilize a consultative approach when planning, coaching, and consulting with teams and individuals across the company to solve for team or organizational challenges
- May assist with conducting fact-finding reviews into workplace issues and complaints. Creates action plans to address issues uncovered in reviews. Evaluates the effectiveness of programing, adjusts as needed for continuous program improvement.
- Assist in the deployment of engagement and other surveys, including analysis of data, action planning, education, and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and supporting the employee value proposition.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organizational and employee development initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

EDUCATION**:

- High school diploma required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required, preferably in human resources, personnel or administrative, organizational development, and/or healthcare.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment law.
- Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgement, and discretion to achieve organizational objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple and completing tasks and prioritizes with flexibility, ownership and reliable follow-up.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the management team, and at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and present to small - large groups.

**TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Non-patient facing.
- May be either full time remote/telework or rotate working in the office and remote/telework.
- May require sitting or standing for long periods; also stooping, bending, and stretching for files or supplies.
- Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard.
- Must be able to communicate clearly.
- Involves frequent telephone or virtual meeting interaction.
- May require sitting or standing for long periods.
- View and type on computer screens for long periods.
- Work in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.
