You Will:

As a dnata Human Resources Coordinator, you have an essential role of continuously optimizing and aligning operational efficiencies to promote a successful and productive workforce, with duties including but not limited to:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with Recruitment/On-boarding; I-9/E-Verify compliance
  • Personnel file/record keeping maintenance and compliance
  • Employee Relations, coaching, counseling
  • Investigate complaints
  • Assist with payroll related issues
  • Provide information related to company policies
  • Benefits Administration; Leave of Absence
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Conducting audits to include HR programs, payroll and recommend corrective actions
  • Assist with the termination process, Exit Interview
  • Administration of airport badging, background checks
  • Must meet Stations Attendance Policy
  • Other duties as assigned
You Have:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related business degree or two to three years equivalent combination of education, experience, training.
  • Possess/maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
  • Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • General understanding of Windows, Google Chrome Browser, Internet Explorer Browser
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, create a team environment
  • Detail oriented, with ability to track task progress to completion, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant administrative position
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR best practices; local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion
  • Must deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
  • Highest regard for safety and the greatest respect for their fellow team members
