As our Human Resources Director, you will be an integral part of our mission, helping to shape our organizational culture, and enable our high-performing, mission-aligned employees to function at their best. Our current top HR challenge is attracting key talent needed to effectively deliver the critical services our community deserves. We are looking for a proactive and caring leader with excellent organizational and project management skills to manage full-cycle human resources activities in support of our bilingual/bicultural (English/Spanish) workforce. You will be responsible for leading a small team of passionate HR professionals, attracting and retaining qualified talent, implementing initiatives that increase the organization's capacity to fulfill its mission, and ensuring a safe and positive work environment that aligns with the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, current HR certification (or ability to obtain within first six months of employment), and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience that includes nonprofit.
