Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment tasks such as initial applicant screening and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Administer benefits and perks, assisting associates with inquiries and claims.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the Talent & Culture team.
Human Resources Coordinator Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR and customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
- Previous HR office experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect on a personal level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll data entry/timesheets, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language skills a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to engage in light physical work and travel to job fairs and conferences.
