**Job Overview**:
The primary role of the Wealth Associate is to provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Wealth Associate helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar management - creation and coordination of advisor, client, and partner calendars.
- Maintain client interaction notes, activities, and tasks via CRM and task systems.
- Proactively manage office supply, refreshments, and equipment needs.
- Answer incoming phone calls and screen to ensure calls are directed to appropriate team member.
- Greet clients/professional partners, directing them to the conference room and provide refreshments as needed.
- Administer client outreach including holiday cards and gifts.
- Provide welcoming atmosphere through both telephone and face-to-face contact.
- Meeting prep and takedown of conference room between meetings.
- Schedule and confirm client review and professional partner meetings.
- Field account service questions, within licensing status, from clients and escalate to Advisor as needed.
- Generate quarterly updates and premium reminders.
- Prepare and print performance reports.
- Initiate and monitor wire and ACH money movement activities while actively communicating with client and team.

**Requirements**:

- Prior Customer Service experience in financial services required
- Series 66 (or Series 63/65) and Series 7 license (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)

**Pay Range**:
$22.56-$33.84/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
