**_GENERAL SUMMARY_**
- Under the direction of the_**_ _**_Executive Director, Front Porch Communities Foundation_, this position is responsible for _supporting the Foundation’s philanthropy activities through_ donor cultivation and coordination, event planning, marketing and fundraising communications_, as well as_ gift processing and providing administrative support for the department._

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_**
- The job duties listed are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position._
- 1. _Administer gift processing, accurately entering gifts in the Foundation database, producing and coordinating distribution of timely gift acknowledgements, and coordinating banking with Finance._
- 2. _Coordinate donor database administrative activities, including, but not limited to, accurate data capture; ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all constituent records, data processes and functions._
- 3. _Coordinate with the accounting department and support professionals to accurately track all gift and event income._
- 4. _Prepare and distribution various donor touchpoints, including birthday cards, holiday greetings, etc. _
- 5. _Provide administrative and hands on support for the production of educational and fundraising efforts, including events (i.e., newcomer coffees, donor receptions), planned gift education efforts, appeals and other activities._
- 6. _Collaborate with team to identify and aid in the production of Front Porch Foundation content in various formats that provides Foundation information to potential donors._
- 7. _Actively support the coordinate and distribution of materials, invitations, and flyers, for special events and special projects, (i.e., the annual golf tournament, resident events and presentations)._
- 8. _Work with the Foundation team, Board members and other staff to identify and solicit sponsors and other underwriters for financial and in-kind support. _
- 9. _Maintain organization’s contact databases._
- 10. _Provide all needed administrative support for the Foundation._
- 11. _Perform all other related duties as assigned._
