Responsibilities:
* Act as the strategic HR partner between operations and the HR function
* Developing the HR strategy for the site, and implementing HR initiatives to support business growth.
* Be a change agent by leading the changes that are necessary while assisting stakeholders in successfully navigating through transitions.
* Champion a winning culture at the site by promoting a positive workplace, leveraging inclusion and employee recognition, and amplifying our presence in the community where we operate.
* Manage the site's end-to-end recruitment process
* Partnering with the talent acquisition team as needed to support the recruitment strategy.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes, monitoring effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance, reduce complexity, and create a better experience for our employees.
* Utilize data to drive decisions and ensure its integrity and accuracy.
* Coaches and influences a diverse set of stakeholders.
* Lead ethics investigation for the site and manage all employee relations issues, using adequate techniques for conflict resolution.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including equal employment opportunity/affirmative action, work authorization, etc.
* Manage all the compensation annual cycles for the site and its respective processes (merit, bonus, equity adjustment, market analysis), partnering with the compensation team on the corporate processes.
* Promote an open-door policy by implementing different strategies to listen to our employees and provide open and candid information through multiple communication channels, (employee engagement surveys, high performance teams, pulse surveys, skip levels, and others).
* Consult with and advises management on organization design that will enable business to grow and operate effectively.
* Build organizational capability for the site, identifying critical roles/skillsets, defining a workforce plan, and creating strategies to fill the gap in the short and long term.
* Drive and facilitate the management team in assessing, developing our talents, and creating effective succession plans.
* Lead and develop the HR team to achieve performance excellence. Implement strategies that drive organization and functional effectiveness.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.
* 10+ years of significant professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and leadership of Human Resources teams.
* Experience supporting a Manufacturing environment.
* Analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred skills
* Master's degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.
* SPHR certification.
* Experience in the Aerospace industry
* Demonstrated leadership, project management, and change management experience.
* Must have excellent employee relations, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution experience.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a 'US Person' : U.S. Citizenship/Permanent residency is required.

Responsabilidades:
* Actuar como socio estratégico de recursos humanos entre las operaciones y la función de recursos humanos.

Educación y experiencia:
* Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Negocios/Gestión, Gestión Organizacional o áreas de estudio afines a RRHH.
* Más de 10 años de importantes logros profesionales, incluido el aumento de la responsabilidad y el liderazgo de los equipos de Recursos Humanos.
* Experiencia apoyando un ambiente de Manufactura.
* Habilidades analíticas y técnicas necesarias para comprender las prácticas comerciales y recomendar soluciones alineadas con las necesidades comerciales.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita, verbal e interpersonal.

Habilidades preferidas
* Maestría (o equivalente internacional) en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Negocios/Gestión, Gestión Organizacional o áreas de estudio relacionadas con RRHH.
* Certificación SPHR.
* Experiencia en la industria aeroespacial.
