Summary:
The Sales Enablement Specialist at Yokohama is responsible for creating, administering, and optimizing adoption of Sales related Enablement & Learning programs.

The role of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to enhance the productivity by elevating their competency through the delivery of comprehensive training programs and clearly defined processes via LMS. Yokohama standards, competencies, and recommendations. Additionally, this position is to assist with the effectiveness of the overall organization through supporting the development of departmental training programs under the broader initiative of Yokohama DNA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support relevant sales training topics through collaborative input from sales leaders, sales team members and corporate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Development of sales training modules and reference guides that subscribe to established communication objectives.
- Through collaborations with Marketing, establish appropriate delivery mechanisms for training content (ex. interactive self-paced learning modules, video modules, professional PowerPoints).
- Establish reference guide templates for a consistent means of offering materials to supplement the primary training.
- Support managers in measuring/monitoring level of competencies through the development of training
- Support rollouts of training programs to the field sales teams.
- Assess our user satisfaction, adoption rates, program strengths and weaknesses to contribute to improvements.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Experience with dashboard and reporting systems.
- Possess strong business insight, troubleshooting, problem-solving & innovative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Analytical experience to establish key measurements to gauge the effectiveness of training programs.
- Results-oriented

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in sales, operations, or marketing.
