Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts will be crucial in promoting and executing your program. If you excel in a dynamic environment and have a passion for leading Sales Enablement Programs, this position is tailored for you.Your Contributions
- Creative Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of global enablement programs from conception through to evaluation.
- Content Development: Create and deliver captivating content across various formats, including live sessions, virtual meetings, and video presentations, to empower global sales teams.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical specialists to generate impactful training materials.
- Content Creation: Develop both physical and digital resources, such as assessments, training documents, presentations, participant guides, role-play scenarios, and coaching materials.
- Innovative Approaches: Integrate diverse learning theories, methodologies, gamification techniques, and tools, while adhering to adult learning principles.
- Impact Measurement: Design and execute assessments to gauge both curriculum effectiveness and learner performance.
- Continuous Enhancement: Utilize evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness and consistently refine content and design.
- Internal Engagement: Participate in and present during regularly scheduled internal broadcasts.
