Your Role

Become a vital member of our Continuous Learning Team, where you will design and implement exceptional enablement initiatives for our worldwide sales teams.

As a key player in the Learning & Enablement division, you will take the lead in producing your program by crafting continuous, scalable, and innovative enablement offerings for our Global Enablement Catalog.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts will be crucial in promoting and executing your program. If you excel in a dynamic environment and have a passion for leading Sales Enablement Programs, this position is tailored for you.

Your Contributions

  • Creative Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of global enablement programs from conception through to evaluation.
  • Content Development: Create and deliver captivating content across various formats, including live sessions, virtual meetings, and video presentations, to empower global sales teams.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical specialists to generate impactful training materials.
  • Content Creation: Develop both physical and digital resources, such as assessments, training documents, presentations, participant guides, role-play scenarios, and coaching materials.
  • Innovative Approaches: Integrate diverse learning theories, methodologies, gamification techniques, and tools, while adhering to adult learning principles.
  • Impact Measurement: Design and execute assessments to gauge both curriculum effectiveness and learner performance.
  • Continuous Enhancement: Utilize evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness and consistently refine content and design.
  • Internal Engagement: Participate in and present during regularly scheduled internal broadcasts.
