- Contract Analysis: Review and analyze terms and conditions in vendor contracts to determine their impact on clients, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.
- Cost Analysis: Assist in the analysis of client and prospect costs/expenses, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Presentation Materials: Develop and provide high-quality presentation materials to client-facing National Account Managers, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal client-facing teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Travel: Travel minimally to client offices across the US and Canada to gather critical data, ensuring thorough and accurate information collection.
- Project Management: Organize and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform both project-related and non-project-related tasks and activities to support the department's goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an office environment, with proven experience in sales operations or a related field preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain effective relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Proven proficiency with numbers, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into actionable insight.
- Collaboration: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working independently, as well as within a team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workload.
- Travel: Ability to work long hours as needed for client projects and willingness to travel minimally as required.
