The Operations Manager is for responsible for overseeing the delivery of all company products and services. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts company growth, standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager is required to have in depth knowledge of all company products and services, industry standards, installation practices and standards, safety practices, and construction processes.
Work Schedule:
This is a salaried position that require a 40-hour work week but may at times require working additional hours to manage the day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager is expected to manage their own schedule and determine the hours required to manage their workload and meet expectations.
The Operations Manager is expected to maintain their schedule in the company provided calendar.
Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to the following):
- Manage Project Supervisors, Technicians, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Materials Coordinator
- Set clear goals and objectives for the Operations Team
- Govern all installation practices to ensure Xpedient expectations are exceeded
- Maximize company profitability through efficiency and best practices
- Coordinate with Sales and Operation Teams as necessary to ensure project success
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide Quality Assurance for all projects and service-related work
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation
- Coaching, mentoring, and training for Project Supervisors, Techs, Purchasing, and Materials Coordinator
- Provide guidance and oversight for kick-off meetings and job plan
- Monitor and ensure Project Supervisors are maintaining their WIP
- Oversight of Project Supervisors for timely close-out and ready for billing
- Provide oversight to make sure proper product is being utilized
- Manage close-out documents and procedures
- Maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Review job packet and responsible for assigning Project Supervisor
- Monitor MRF requests
- Ensure on-time purchasing
- Assist with remote security MAC work as needed
- Scheduling of Support Contracts
Pay: $59,495.27 - $71,650.22 per year
