The Field Operations Coordinator is pivotal in guaranteeing that assignments are completed on time and serves as the primary contact for phone and Google Voice communications.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assignment Management: Allocate and oversee work assignments for field staff, ensuring effective execution.
  2. Schedule Adherence: Monitor scheduling compliance and address any late board issues proactively.
  3. Effective Communication: Liaise with transportation management to ensure successful execution of assignments by drivers.
  4. Task Monitoring: Ensure all tasks are completed and documented as finished on a daily basis.
  5. Support Operations: Collaborate with operations teams to address their needs and ensure smooth field operations.
  6. Communication Coverage: Act as the primary contact for phone and Google Voice communications, ensuring consistent availability.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in managing staggered start times and hourly dispatch requirements.
  • Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage and dispatch assignments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to ensure compliance with schedules.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with transportation and operations teams.
  • Proactive approach to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Familiarity with phone and Google Voice communication tools.
