  2. Schedule Adherence: Monitor schedules and address any delays to maintain operational efficiency.
  3. Effective Communication: Liaise with transportation management to ensure successful task execution by drivers.
  4. Completion Monitoring: Track and confirm that all assigned tasks are completed and documented daily.
  5. Support Operations: Collaborate with operational specialists to meet their requirements and ensure smooth field activities.
  6. Communication Coverage: Serve as the primary contact for phone and Google Voice communications, ensuring accessibility.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage varying start times and hourly dispatch needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to oversee and distribute work assignments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to ensure schedule compliance.
  • Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with transportation and operational teams.
