Are you a leader that has a passion for organization and efficiency? We are looking to fill a Full-time supervisor position at our Weld Department In Lewisburg.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

1. MANAGES STAFF JOB RESULTS

by

being actively involved with daily production; responsible for the cells performance which includes meeting production schedules, 5S, TPM, productivity, throughout and scrap; monitor scheduling of all work cells throughout the day and adjust resources; accordingly, approving employee timecards and time off requests; communicating with Value Stream Manager about personnel issues; and knowing and understanding company policies to insure they are followed.

2. DETERMINES DISPOSITION OF FINISHED PRODUCT

by

evaluating product acceptability against production quality standards; gather schedule results, analyze cause / results, compile C.I. Tasks, report out to Value Stream Manager; notify Purchasing of shortages of materials or supplies; purchase requisitions submitted to Manufacturing Manager Department supplies.

3. RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF TEAM MEMBERS

by

creating an environment of productive leadership through coaching, counseling, and mentoring; completing employee evaluations; cross training team members so everyone is self-sufficient at operating the maximum number of parts / machines; focusing on communicating and creating a continuous improvement culture and taking ownership in goals / results; problem solving / resolution of quality issues through use of company resources.

4. MONITORS AND ENFORCES COMPANY POLICIES

by

Understanding policies set forth by the company to include Employee Handbook and Safety Code of Conduct, and Employee Code of Conduct. Enforcing said policies through the use of progressive discipline.

5. MAINTAINS A SAFE AND CLEAN WORK ENVIRONMENT

by

transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials; communicate and follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maximize performance; maintain 5S organization throughout the workday; file Accident reports/Form. submit to Facility Department.

6. MAINTAINS EMPLOYEE CONFIDENCE AND PROTECTS OPERATIONS

by

keeping personnel data confidential.

7. CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT

by

participating in team building; supporting a team concept; accomplishing related results as needed. perform any additional duties as requested.

8. MAINTAINS EQUIPMENT

by

being responsible for maintenance procedures (escalation / TPM / etc.); monitors factory supply needs and maintain appropriate level of resources.

9. COMMUNICATES EQUIPMENT FAILURES

by

notifying Value Stream Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.

10. MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD

by

complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

11. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.
